Excitement guaranteed: The new Audi e-tron is now at the heart of a specially developed strategy game at Munich Airport. Customers and other interested parties can playfully explore the first fully electric Audi and the topic of electric mobility in an “Escape Room.” The new event format will be hosted in the rooms of myAudi Sphere until mid-March.

Striking design meets tremendously fun driving: Audi is presenting the SQ2 for the first time, the new top model of the Q2 family stands out in the compact SUV segment: It puts out 221 kW (300 hp), enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155.3 mph). quattro all-wheel drive and the S sport suspension applies the power smoothly to the road. The Audi SQ2 is also at the head of its class with respect to operation, infotainment and assist systems.

At Drone Week in Amsterdam Audi, Airbus and Italdesign are presenting for the first time a flying and driving prototype of “Pop.Up Next”.
This innovative concept for a flying taxi combines a self-driving electric car with a passenger drone. In the first public test flight, the flight module accurately placed a passenger capsule on the ground module, which then drove from the test grounds autonomously. This is still a 1:4 scale model. But as soon as the coming decade, Audi customers could use a convenient and efficient flying taxi service in large cities – in multi-modal operation, in the air and on the road. Without changing vehicles, passengers will enjoy their leisure time, relax, or work.

The new Audi Q3 offers bumper-to-bumper safety: The compact family SUV earned the top score of five stars in the Euro NCAP (New Car Assessment Programme), one of the most important automobile safety tests in Europe.

The six-speed tiptronic transmission unites automatic shifting comfort and outstanding driveability.

With the six-speed tiptronic, all gearshifts are completed with a minimum of interruption in power flow.

The tiptronic transmission lets the driver override the automatic mode by moving the lever into a second (tiptronic) shift gate. This allows, for example, downshifting to increase the braking effect of the engine on winding mountain roads.

The six-speed tiptronic features an additional sport programme. It has later shift points, allowing the driver to adopt a more sporty driving style.

The dynamic shift program (DSP), which is integrated in all tiptronic transmissions, automatically selects the optimum gear. The transmission detects the car’s driving behaviour and adapts its gearshift strategy to the conditions and the driver’s driving style.
